Overview

Lecturer in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuroimaging

Biography

My first degree was obtained from the University of Hertfordshire (Psych Sciences) in 2006, followed by a Masters in Psychological Research Methods from Aston University (2008) and a PhD in Advanced Medical Imaging/Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Manchester in 2013. In the interim periods, I worked on various projects ranging from investigating functional connectivity changes in healthy ageing, exploring associations of tissue inflammation in the temporal lobe with severity of encephalitis, to most recently working on a Wellcome Trust funded project exploring the role of the medial temporal lobes in recognition memory. I currently work as a Lecturer in the Division of Neuroscience and Experimental Psychology here at the University of Manchester, where I primarily teach on the Masters in Neuroimaging for Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience.
