Management Concepts
I teach various college-level business and procurement courses, qualifying federal government employees to obtain professional certification (DAWIA or FAC). I teach courses such as Cost/Price Analysis, Contract Management, FAR Fundamentals, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) training, Strategic Sourcing, Source Selection, Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Closeout, Leadership, etc. Course delivery through both classroom experiences and virtual platforms such as Adobe Connect.
I provide both virtual and on-site instruction.
