Cynthia Edmondson has an MPA in organizational development form NC State University and more than 20 years of experience achieving success in training and organizational effectiveness by combining sound business acumen, facilitation skills and counseling background. Expertise in interpersonal communication, assessment and maximizing individual contributions, productivity and career development. Proven track record in leadership and professional skill building, group and individual coaching and organizational development. Keen ability to quickly build genuine rapport, analyze information, and deliver successful outcomes. Exceptional communication skills enable effective interfacing with clients ranging from entry level to executive. Diverse service background includes academic, private and public organizations of all sizes and industries.  Cynthia teaches in the Management Communication Center.
