He is a cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure professional specializing in DevOps and incident response management, with a background in business and network administration. Craig is a consultant working with the VA to build an API platform that will allow Veterans to access their VA data through third-party applications. Previously, he was a key member of the va.gov rebranding effort, replacing the previous va.gov site with a new one built on modern technologies with a focus toward user-centric design. Previous to working at the VA, Craig has worked as an independent cloud consultant and spent two years as a network security analyst, managing teams that evaluate the security of IT systems for governments, universities, and businesses across the country. He has worked in the technology sector for over twenty years as both an individual contributor and manager. Craig holds a Masters of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in International Management from the University of New Mexico.
