Biography
Cyprus International Institute of Management
Mr. Constantinos Papanastasiou has over 17 years of experience in investment banking and financial services and currently holds the position of the Senior Manager – Fund Services in an International Banking institution. He previously headed Investment Banking in one of the leading financial institutions in Cyprus.
He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Natural Gas Public Company (DEFA) Limited and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He formerly served as President of the CFA Society of Cyprus and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Airways Public Limited.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter-holder from the CFA Institute, and holds a Corporate Finance Qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors UK, and the advanced certificate from CySEC for the provision of investment services.
