I lecture on the Business Degree and coach a team of entrepreneurs. I have 20 years experience of improving leadership, management and staff development systems. This includes 8 years as a senior manager in a medium sized organisation. I have an MBA from Bath University and am a qualified Probation Officer. I have done research and gathered evidence of ‘what works’ in people development and I have applied that knowledge to achieve more focused management behaviour and increased staff performance in the Public & Private sectors. I have a strong record of achieving through my leadership of high performance management teams.
