Claude Emond

Biography

Claude Emond is founder and principal partner of Quali-Scope Enterprises Inc. and founding partner of the TransformAgility Group. He has over 40 years’ experience in project management and organizational development. Mr. Emond is recognized internationally as an expert in project management, transformational change, and organizational agility, and has presented at conferences and training workshops in Brazil, Canada, France, Morocco, Southeast Asia, Sweden, and the US. He is coauthor of The Standard for Portfolio Management, the first international standard on project portfolio management. Mr. Emond has taught specialized project management programs in Canada for York University, Laval University, ETS, and HEC Montreal and teaches organizational agility and agile project management for France’s CESI schools. He developed agile project management training and coaching programs for the Institute of Product Development and assists many major organizations in the implementation and improvement of agile organizational environments. Mr. Emond is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He earned a BEng in chemical engineering from the Royal Military College (Canada), an MEng in chemical engineering from McGill University (Canada), and an MBA in strategic planning from the University of Ottawa (Canada).
