With a breadth of experience across multinational businesses around the world, Clarence understands the inner workings of organisations and the complexities of leading from the ‘middle zone’. As an expert facilitator in programs targeting individual and organisational resiliency for leaders, his insights and compassion draw together participants’ experiences to create confident, capable organisational leaders. Clarence is a CCL Master Trainer and leads programs across Australia and in Asia.
