Henley Business School

Professor Peter Hawkins is part-time Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School where he is researching next generation leadership and leadership development. He is also Visiting Professor at the Universities of Bath and Oxford Brookes. He is founder and Emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group and Renewal Associates. Over the last 30 years he has worked with many leading organisations in many parts of the world, co-designing and facilitating strategy reviews as well as major organisational transformation and leadership development projects. He is a thought leader in leadership, culture change and executive and team coaching and is Honorary President of APECS and a fellow of the Windsor Leadership Trust. Peter is also a prolific writer and researcher. His books include: “Leadership Team Coaching” (2011, second edition 2014), “Creating a Coaching Culture” (2012) “The Wise Fool’s Guide to Leadership” (2005), “Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision and Development' (with Nick Smith 2006, second edition 2013).
