    Biography

    I joined the Department at Manchester in September 2014. Previous to this role, I was a Teaching Fellow at Birmingham University from September 2013-June 2014. In 2012 I was a Visiting Fellow at Baylor University, Texas in the autumn, and from January to June 2013 I held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Institute of Advanced Studies for the Humanities, University of Edinburgh. As an undergraduate, I studied at Durham University and moved to the University of York to complete an MA. I returned to Durham University to undertake a PhD on Victorian poetry.
