Christy Shiella

Shiella is currently the lead for Social Media initiatives at Havas Media Singapore under Socialyse. Shiella has grown the team from 3 suits to the current 12 full-time staff, comprising of suits, specialists, and traders. In this role, Shiella is responsible for leading the social media strategy and execution, managing day-to-day operations, growing it in numbers, and acquiring new business. For the past 2 years with Havas Media, Shiella has acquired four of the key clients under Socialyse wing; Canon Imaging Asia, Cerebos, NTUC FairPrice, Pernod Ricard Singapore, and Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore.

Shiella is a social media enthusiast with a strong knowledge of platforms and deep insights of different target audience segments. She has 6 years of local and regional experience spanning across community management, campaign strategy, content strategy, influencer outreach, and data & analytics in the social media space. Shiella has managed some of the biggest social media communities such as Canon Imaging Asia, KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore, Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, and Garuda Indonesia. At the moment she’s actively sharing her industry experience as adjunct lecturer at NUS-ISS to deliver social media course for professionals.
