Biography

IE Business School

Claire is a transformational results-focused Facilitator and ICF Coach, who works with organisations and individuals to deliver sustainable change. She works with clients across the globe to develop leaders, enabling to them to lead authentically and deliver through others. Her expertise lies in building relationships and creating a safe, supportive yet challenging space for clients to experiment and to step out of their comfort zone.

She is highly skilled at designing and delivering experiential interventions and is passionate about ensuring programmes and events are creative, interactive, practical and relevant whilst ensuring participants translate the learning in to sustainable change both within themselves and their organisations.

Articulate, fun and challenging in style, she focuses on positive communication, getting to the essence of what drives and informs behaviours to inspire and motivate others.

Claire works in the various sectors including Technology, Digital & Media, Retail, Charity, Property Development, Science & Pharma and often where English isn’t the first language.

With over 20 years’ experience in large international organisations such as Vodafone, Siemens, Ernst & Young, Verizon and Hutchison 3G, Claire began her career in HR then moved in to a Senior Leadership role in Commercial Management within the digital and technology sector where she led the division through a fast-paced and challenging transition programme. She has also previously worked for a global coaching consultancy where she worked in partnership with clients to design and deliver coaching and leadership programmes for a number of global organisations. Currently Claire is part of the Executive Education Faculty for Thunderbird Global Management School and delivers their programmes to a range of international clients. Based in Berkshire in the UK, Claire spends her free time fulfilling her passion for travel, indoor climbing, sailing (preferably in warmer climates) and practicing yoga. She is also a Volunteer for Young Enterprise where she works as Business Advisor and CV Coach for teenagers in local schools.
