Christopher Loso focuses on change management, organizational alignment and mobilization, performance management, strategic planning, business process improvement, benchmarking, strategic communications, leadership action planning, and overall program management.  Mr. Loso has led the change management and communications portions of various large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation efforts for numerous federal and state government clients, and higher education institutions. 

 Currently running his parent’s family property management business in Vermont, Mr. Loso also serves as a consultant as needed on a part-time basis to firms that value his expertise in organizational change management.  Mr. Loso was most recently a senior associate within Booz Allen Hamilton''s Strategy and Organization Capability Service Area until 2012. He led the change management efforts for a large-scale $400 million ERP project for a large federal civilian agency.  Mr. Loso previously served as a senior manager within BearingPoint''s Management Consulting Solutions Practice, focusing on change management and organizational transition on large-scale ERP implementation efforts for federal, state and local government agencies, as well as higher education clients. He also served as a senior project manager within Unisys Corporation''s Global Public Sector Practice focusing on similar large-scale ERP efforts.

Prior to his work at Unisys Corporation, Mr. Loso worked for Arthur Andersen''s Office of Government Services and Deloitte Consulting''s Public Sector Practice. At both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Loso provided benchmarking, business process improvement, performance management, and strategic planning support to various federal, state, and local government entities. He also worked within the public sector, having served as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator James M. Jeffords and as a budget analyst with the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.

Mr. Loso holds a BA in Government from Clark University and a Master of Public Administration from SIPA. He has earned a certificate of advanced leadership studies at the Yale School of Management, as well as the Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certification at Georgetown University''s McDonough School of Business. He also has the Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS-GB) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certifications.
