International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Christopher Lee is vice president, employee communications practice within Gallagher’s employee benefits consulting division in Canada. In this role, he helps clients develop strategic internal communications plans to ensure that their organizations implement successful employee experience programs. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including his leadership of corporate brand and marketing at one of Canada’s largest insurance companies. He is an active contributor to the International Foundation and has also served on the board of directors for the Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association as vice president, communications. Lee has published articles in Plans & Trusts, Canadian HR Reporter and Benefits Canada. He has been featured as a speaker at various conferences, including those for the International Foundation, HRPA, CPBI, WorldatWork Total Rewards, InnovateWork, Toronto Region Board of Trade, Benefits Breakfast Club, GTA Rewards Association, CUHR, Presidents of Enterprising Organizations and Conference Board of Canada.
