Presentation

My main research area is in the area of employee health and well-being. Besides being affiliated with the Department of Organization, I am employed at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment, Denmark. Since 2012, I have worked as a research assistant and later as a PhD student on a research project in which I and a group of colleagues implemented and evaluated a large-scale organizational intervention in three industrial organizations. In my dissertation work, I draw on data from this intervention to study how employees and managers reach decisions about which problematic states of affairs to target and how. In this line of work, I am mainly inspired by ethnomethodology, while my other work reflects a broader range of theoretical positions and methodological approaches.

Primary research areas

•    Employee voice
•    Health and safety interventions
•    Ethnomethodology and conversation analysis
