I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business.
I earned my PhD in Marketing (Consumer Behavior) from the USC Marshall School of Business in Spring 2021. My research interests fall broadly into the areas of Consumer Experiences, Retailing, and Branding.
Prior to enrolling in the PhD program, I had 12 years of industry experience in both B2B and B2C roles. My industry experience consisted of various Marketing Management, Brand Management, New Product Development, and Operations roles, with assignments at AT&T, American Express (student consulting project), PepsiCo, and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. I have a proven track record of translating insights and analysis into recommendations, obtaining executive approvals, then working cross-functionally to develop and execute programs that drive consumer empathy and incremental sales growth.
I have a BA from Stanford University and a MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
