Following university studies till PhD, Celine joined multinational companies in semiconductor, focused on R&D, Project Leader in Quality Assurance, Trade compliance (dual used - microcontroller) leading via "Matrix management" each step of stage gate process. However coming from both research and multinational companies worlds, she's still particularly interested in Disruptive Organization: “Self gorvernance focusing on Human Centric”, thus she completed on this topic a Professional Thesis in 2016 following Master Executive Mgt Innovation GEM.
