Biography

Cedric Vanleenhove is a voluntary post-doctoral fellow.

He teaches Private International Law at the HEC Management School of the University of Liège and works as legal advisor for private international law and comparative law at the Belgian Federation of Notaries.

He is also the Secretary-General of the Flemish Sports Tribunal. He acts as chair of the private international section of the legal journal TBH/RDC. Cedric obtained an LL.M. in Commercial Law at Cambridge University (Evan Lewis-Thomas Scholar) and a PhD at Ghent University.

His PhD dealt with the private international treatment of punitive damages. His current research focuses on various aspects of private international law.
