Cathy Pantano

Cathy Lee Pantano, MBA, MSHE, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PCC, is a Program Lead - HR with Cornell University / eCornell. As part of this role, Cathy serves as an instructor in the online Executive Master of HR Management Program, a facilitator in non-credit bearing courses and certificate programs, and author/instructor of Cornell University's PHR Prep Course.

Cathy is also an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Retreat Coach with Living Forward Coaching, as part of her role as the founder of NovaCore Performance Solutions, an HR consulting firm committed to enhancing the performance of individuals and teams in the workplace.

Previously, Cathy served as a member of the Extension Faculty of Cornell University – School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where she was the Director of Human Resource Management Programs.

Cathy has presented at national and local conferences on a variety of HR and management development topics. In addition, she has co-authored more than a dozen online courses in leadership, human resources, and management development.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College, a Master of Business Administration from Pace University, and a Master in Higher Education from Kaplan University, with a specialty in Online College Teaching. She has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Cathy has also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute, the SHRM-SCP designation from SHRM, and the CCP designation from WorldatWork.
