International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Ms. Eitelberg is the national director of The Segal Company’s public sector market and member of Segal’s senior management team. As an expert in public pension design, financing and administration, she consults with clients to develop and implement strategic solutions to operational, governance, benefit design funding and total rewards challenges. Ms. Eitelberg has advised the boards of the National Association of State Retirement Administrators (NASRA) as well as the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), and the International Foundation and has been a member of several of its committees. Prior to joining The Segal Company, she was on the staff of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) as the first director and founder of its Pension and Benefits center, and oversaw the Association’s Pension & Benefits Update. Currently, Ms. Eitelberg is a founding member of the Arthur N. Caple Foundation. She is listed in the Who’s Who of Finance and the Elite Who’s Who of American Business Women and received the 1995 Private Sector Financial Excellence Award from the Association of Government Accountants. Ms. Eitelberg graduated from the University of Maryland (College Park, Maryland) summa cum laude with a B.S. degree in business management and continued to study under the Executive Education Program at Harvard’s Business School.
