I am an entrepreneur with a focus on investing in leadership potential.

My entrepreneurial career began at age 14 when I co-created Teens for Technology (TFT) to enhance computer literacy, beginning in Jamaica. Within 3 years, TFT was sustained locally, having delivered over 100,000 computers and training. I have since gone on to co-found Blu2Green LLC, a company that employs people with special needs to produce environmentally-friendly accessories made of recycled blue wrap. It is through my passion for leadership development that I have co-founded and lead The Global Good Fund. The mission of The Global Good Fund is to accelerate the development of high potential young leaders who tackle the world’s greatest social issues through entrepreneurship.

I tested my leadership theories while teaching as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and George Washington University. I''ve developed two first-of-their kind curricula for the global health marketplace - now taught at 40 universities. The curricula were adapted into a book, Healthcare Sustainability: A Leadership Imperative, which made Handelsblatt’s Top 5 Business Books list.

I hold a Master''s Degree in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University, a Bachelor’s Degree from Lehigh University, a certificate in Healthcare Quality from Harvard University as well as a certificate in Evidence Based Design. I enjoy photography, other people’s cooking, and jogging on occasion.
