Cork University Business School
Carol's research and teaching focuses on value co-creation, consumer experience, service design, and critical marketing in a range of marketing and not-for-profit contexts. Her research has appeared in Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Management, Marketing Theory, and Advances in Consumer Research among others. Prior to entering academia, she worked as a marketing consultant and practitioner for over a decade.
Lecturer, PhD in Marketing with over ten years professional experience as academic and marketing professional and consultant nationally and internationally in a variety of sectors and industries, Consultant, Executive Coach. Specialties: Teaching, Research, Executive and Team Coaching, Management Consultancy - Strategy, Commercialisation, Value Proposition Development, Marketing, Service, Research and collaboration with Civil Society and commercial organisations using participatory approaches
