Carlos Caldeira assumes the position of general director in the Loyalty area at Ipsos and one of his main missions is to increase the visibility and influence of the company's customer experience. Doctor in business strategy from EAESP / FGV-SP and an MBA from New York University, he is a professor of strategy at Insper and has worked at companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Mentis, Credicard, Banco Real and Ford. Prior to joining Ipsos, he was Director of Consulting at KC&D.
