Bryan Zhang

I am the Executive Director and a Co-Founder of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

The alternative finance reports that I led and co-authored have been covered extensively by media outlets such as the Financial Times, Reuters, BBC, CNBC, Economist, the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, Bloomberg, the Times, the Independent, City A.M., Wired, Le Monde, Les Echos, Forbes, Der Spiegel, the Daily Telegraph and the Sunday Times. I also work closely with governments, policy-makers and regulators nationally and internationally including the Cabinet Office, the Financial Conduct Authority, British Business Bank, the Royal Society of Arts, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Department of International Development (DFID), European Commission and the World Bank.

I also undertake consulting and advisory work to help individuals or organisations with crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending and alternative finance. To date, I have advised and consulted for over 250 start-ups, SMEs, social enterprises, NGOs, corporates and institutions. I have delivered over 50 public lectures, seminars and workshops over the years.
