Bruno Monteiro da Silva

Mr. Monteiro da Silva is a senior consultant and actuary working in Towers Watson’s international consulting group in San Francisco. He transferred from the London office, where he had worked for six years. In Mr. Monteiro da Silva’s role, he acts as international project manager in a range of advisory services that includes complex multicountry M&A due diligence and postmerger integration exercises, as well as employee benefit accounting and multicountry benefit audits. Before joining Towers Watson, Mr. Monteiro da Silva worked for one of the major audit firms and a renowned actuarial consulting firm in Paris and in Lisbon. He is a fellow of the International Actuarial Association (IAA) as well as the U.K. and the Portuguese Institute of Actuaries. Mr. Monteiro da Silva received his M.Sc. degree in mathematics from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Lisbon). Through postdegree specialization courses, he studied international management, corporate management and financial markets. Mr. Monteiro da Silva speaks Portuguese, French, English and Italian.
