Éloi Laurent (Ph.D.) is a senior economist at OFCE (Sciences Po Center for economic research, Paris). A former aide in the French Parliament and for the French Prime Minister, his current research agenda focuses on environmental sustainability and welfare economics. A former visiting scholar at Columbia University and Harvard University, he currently teaches at Stanford University and Sciences Po. He recently coordinated the public report “Towards Territorial Equality” (Feb. 2013) for the French Minister of Housing and Territorial Equality
