Biography
Mendoza College of Business
After earning his MS Administration from UC Irvine, Bruce began his career with American Medical International installing and supporting computerized hospital financial systems. He changed companies and worked for McDonnell Douglas Automation for 7 years before going to work for Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA as the Director of Information Systems where he worked for 7 years. In 1993 Bruce left the hospital and started his own consuting company. He also began teaching PC Applications for several industrial training companies and Santa Clara County Occupational Center. Bruce and his family moved to South Bend in 1996 and he began teaching at Notre Dame OIT in 1998, Started as an adjunct faculty member for Mendoza in 2006, and as a full time regular faculty member in 2012.
