I have over 20 years'' working experience within the companies such as Industrial Scientific and Alcatel-Lucent holding various senior positions in general management, Operations, R&D and Sales & Marketing. DBA means not only a degree in business for me, but a high commitment for my life. Over the last three years, DBA program brings me an exceptional academic experience. It is a difficult program, but definitely achievable if you are ready. My research direction is reverse knowledge transfer between the developing countries and developed countries. Reverse knowledge transfer is an very interesting and important topic for the MNCs today for sustaining their competitive advantages and innovativeness. I enjoy my research very much.
