Blaine Bartlett

Blaine Bartlett is president and CEO of Avatar Resources Inc., a consulting firm he founded in 1987. The firm has affiliate offices in four countries. He is also an associate professor at China’s Beijing University.

Bartlett is considered a major innovative voice in leadership development, organizational development and change management. He has been a guest lecturer on enterprise leadership development at China’s prestigious Tsing Hua University, a featured speaker at the World Congress of Human Resource Management and a core panel member of the World Consortium for Research and Development of Training. He is certified as an executive, organizational and somatic coach and currently sits on the advisory boards of the Tokyo-based All Nippon Management Coaching Association and the Philadelphia-based Global Coaching Alliance.

He also serves as executive coach and consultant with MEDI, a firm that specializes in coaching senior and “C” level executives in health care. He is a former member of the board of directors of the Family Health Institute, a four-year project begun through the Physicians for Social Responsibility, and is currently a board member of the World Business Academy and a longtime member of the Transformational Leadership Council – a group of transformational CEOs, thought leaders, film producers, authors and educators dedicated to furthering the tenets of transformational leadership. His first book, Discover Your Inner Strength (2010), was written in collaboration with co-authors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Brian Tracy.
