Presentation
Björn Preuss is External Lecturer and Researcher at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He previously taught finance as guest lecturer at Mälardalen University Sweden and does his PhD research at Radboud University Netherlands.
He had positions as M&A banker at SEB, as Associate Consultant at Dederichs & Partner as well as Managing Director of Scanium Group, a Germany based family office.
Björn’s current research interests evolve around the influence of Nordic management on M&A transactions as well as on the asset management sector. Furthermore he contributes with the development of machine learning and text mining based methods to the management research area.
