Birga Schumpe

Dr. Birga M. Schumpe is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. She earned her doctoral degree in Hamburg, Germany, where she also worked as a clinical psychologist. Before joining UvA, she gained research experience at NYU Abu Dhabi and Booth Business School in Chicago, USA. Her main interests lies in persuasion and behavioural change.
