Biography

McDonough School of Business

Bharat Kaku has been working at Georgetown University since 2002, teaching courses in Operations Management, Global Supply Chains, Business Statistics, and Management Science. He taught previously at the University of Arizona in Tucson and at the University of Maryland in College Park. His research interests are in the areas of facilities layout, cellular manufacturing, and risk management in supply chains. Prior to entering academics, he worked as a production engineer at a forge shop in India and as an internal consultant with the Commercial Directorate of the Algerian National Electric and Electronics Company.
