Her final corporate assignment was Talent Management and Development Executive, IBM Digital Sales, North America. She owned strategy and execution for hiring, education, training and professional development for three sales centers locations. Bev developed a reputation and track record for creating new business units from the ground up and turning around internal organizations that were under performing. She received 4 rare Division Leadership Awards and IBM’s most admired Golden Circle award. Ms. Wright and her stellar team created an award winning internal coaching business from the ground up as an integral element of the Leadership Development Program (LDP). She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach. Bev’s current coaching services include corporate, entrepreneurial, individual, team and group coaching.
