A strategic innovator with a passion for personal, professional, and business growth, Betsy Flanagan has worked with leading companies — McKinsey, Blue Shield of California, Synopsys, and others — to develop strong and effective leaders. Drawing upon her experience as an executive inside Fortune 500 companies as well as venture-funded start-ups, including Wells Fargo and Altius Education, Betsy enables both enterprises and individuals to leverage their strengths, achieve their leadership potential, develop their professional capabilities, and navigate increasingly complex business environments.

Betsy is a powerful and engaging speaker, having presented at CES, SXSWi, iStrategy, NMX, and other leading technology conferences. She received an AB cum laude in anthropology from Harvard University and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business; completed iPEC’s Leadership Coaching Training; and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and certified Master NLP Practitioner.
