Background
Ben Tepper earned his PhD (organizational psychology) and MS (organizational psychology) from the University of Miami and his BS (psychology) from The Ohio State University. His research interests focus on managerial leadership, employee health and wellbeing, and the performance of prosocial and antisocial work behaviors. Tepper''s research has been published in The Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. _He has served on several editorial boards and as Associate Editor of _The Academy of Management Journal. He is a fellow of the Southern Management Association, American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
