Benjamin Weiler

Prof. Dr. Benjamin Weiler focuses on counseling on business law including commercial, corporate, intellectual property and real estate law. He furthermore specializes in compliance and criminal defense. Prof. Dr. Weiler gained particular professional experience in judicial enforcement of claims.

Before founding WEILER WELINA JORNO Lawyers, Prof. Dr. Weiler worked in the area of Legal and Compliance in the industry. He also gained professional experience working as an inhouse-lawyer at a commercial association and as lawyer at a well-known business law firm.

He lectures at a university and is an experienced speaker on commercial and criminal law.

Prof. Dr. Benjamin Weiler studied law in Regensburg, Bonn and Berlin. He completed his legal clerkship in Brandenburg, Berlin and Montreal (Canada) and earned a legal doctorate in criminal law and European law in 2012.
