Academic Division: TOIMAs Chief of Staff for EMC Corporation''s Office of the CIO, Barbara DeLoureiro oversees the IT Program Management Office and manages the Office''s IT Compliance, Communications; Leadership Programs; and the EMC IT Proven Program, which shares the lessons learned deploying EMC technologies with customers. During her tenure at EMC, DeLoureiro’s experience includes consulting, managing, and driving a wide variety of strategic IT programs; cross-IT transformation and globalization initiatives; multimillion dollar web redesigns; social networking deployments; resource management systems; and cross-functional business process initiatives throughout EMC. In 2008, DeLoureiro led EMC''s global website redesign, which was honored with the Web Marketing Association’s 2008 Outstanding Achievement in Web Development Award. Prior to joining EMC in 2000, she was a sales engineer for a manufacturing software company, covering Fortune 100 pharmaceuticals in NY & NJ, and a Plant Engineer for United Parcel Service.
