Avalyn Lim

Avalyn is an experienced coach who works with senior executives from multinational corporations and professional service firms.

Prior to coaching, she started her career at a leading law firm in Singapore. Since leaving legal practice in 2000, Avalyn has worked in large corporations (Fortune 100) and start-ups, holding a broad range of regional and global roles in business development and corporate partnerships.

In addition to her law degree, she holds dual Executive Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD and Tsinghua School of Economics & Management in Beijing.

Avalyn believes that everyone holds the answers they seek within them. She begins from a place of enquiry and deep listening to assist her clients unearth their beliefs and thought patterns that impact performance, working relationships and self-esteem. By increasing their self-awareness, clients can enhance their focus, communication effectiveness, and impact on their teams.

From her own professional experience, Avalyn understands the challenges and complexities that senior executives face, and she brings this context into her coaching conversations to ensure relevance for clients.
