Aurore Haas is a graduate of HEC (Paris), Chicago Booth (MBA, University of Chicago) and Paris-Dauphine University (Doctorate). Her main research interests are organizational learning and knowledge management. Her current work explores knowledge management in startup incubators as well as communities of practice. She is especially interested by the engagement and practices of individuals in these settings. She is author of several book chapters, case studies and journal articles. She has extensive experience of teaching strategy as well as working in the private sector (McKinsey Company).
