Ashleigh Rodriguez brings over a decade of leadership experience to her role as Co-Founder and Head of Innovation and Strategy at Care4th.

As an accomplished clinician and senior healthcare leader, having led several organizations to deliver better quality care at a lower price. A teacher at heart, she has taught at the University of Arizona and the University of Southern California, delivering leading edge coursework on leadership. Ashleigh is co-author of the industry shaping articles “Wellness-Centered Leadership” (Academic Medicine, 2021) and “Well Leaders Lead Well” (Social Science Research Network, 2020).

A seasoned consultant, she was responsible for finance and strategic partnerships at the California Medical Association’s wellness subsidiary. She has also served as Director of Population Health at Heritage Provider Network, and as Director of Population Health Management at P3 Health Partners. As a clinician, Ashleigh was dedicated to treating patients with severe heart and lung disease, including work in transplants. Ashleigh holds a Master in Nursing Science degree and is the first and only nurse practitioner graduate of the Master of Medical Management program from the USC Marshall School of Business. She lives with her husband, three children and three dogs in Orange, California.
