Anouk Dey is a Partner of Durable who joined the firm at its inception in 2019. Prior to Durable, Anouk served as a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (“T. Rowe”). At T. Rowe, she was an investment analyst in the U.S. Equity Division, focusing on small-cap growth stocks. Prior to joining T. Rowe in 2012, Anouk worked as a summer intern in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Before beginning her career in finance, she launched and served as Deputy Editor of OpenCanada.org, the digital publication of Canada's Council of Foreign Relations. She is also the Co-Founder and former President of Reclaim Childhood, an organization devoted to offering sports programs to refugee girls in the Middle East.
She earned a Bachelor’s in Political Science with honors from Williams College and an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Oxford, where she was also a Donovan-Moody scholar. She is an Action Canada fellow. In 2013, she was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women. She has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and she co-teaches the Compounders Independent Study at Columbia Business School.
