She is the CEO and founder of The BEE FREE Woman and Developing Capacity Coaching, LLC. Dr. Fisher is a doctoral professor and DEI coach teaching individuals and teams how to use conscious leadership as a tool for healing themselves and advancing equity. This work spans across education, business, government, and the non-profit sectors. With more than 15 years of experience leading individuals, teams, and organizations through the change process, Dr. Fisher serves as a writer and speaker on topics related to gender, leadership, social justice, and mindset. Her work has garnered several awards. She was most recently recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumni Under 40 from the Iowa State University Alumni Association. Dr. Fisher's writing is a freedom tool for people ready to use their power and choice for change.

Dr. Fisher has a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Master of Education from Iowa State University, and Doctor of Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She holds certifications and trainings in Immunity-to-Change Coaching, HAVEN Interpersonal Violence, Safe Zone Ally, and the Social Justice Training Institute.
