Biography

CIPD

I craft unique coaching partnerships with my clients to achieve sustainable and healthy high performance. Every client experience is exclusively tailored to accommodate purpose and desired outcomes through my coaching business Reach for More.

I have over 17 years experience working with high performing individuals and teams across five continents; initially serving in the British Army for 9 years and deploying on three operational tours where I worked in a range of challenging environments. My introduction to the coaching profession stemmed from my military background and I've furthered my knowledge working on a variety of international multi-cultural learning and development projects.

My real passion is taking clients outdoors for walking & talking coaching before, during or after work. I developed the original concept from observations of transformational change whilst leading trekking expeditions in remote locations. I interweave knowledge from the Analytic-Network and Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) coaching models and iWAM and eDISC psychometric tools into organic conversations which flow naturally.

My second passion alongside coaching is ultra running where I compete at an international level with podium positions in the Marathon des Sables (2015 & 2018) widely regarded as the "toughest footrace on earth", Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (170km with 10,000m ascent) and Half Marathon des Sables Fuerteventura. I've been supported by the French endurance company WAA since the beginning 2016.

Alongside my corporate work I support youth development projects as a qualified Expedition Leader heading up expeditions for World Challenge and the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme.
