Kellogg School of Management

Ann Zastrow is a Director in Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she designs and directs custom learning and open enrollment programs for senior executives. She is an experienced and trusted partner working closely with faculty, clients, and participants in creating premier learning experiences, including online, blended, and immersive programs. Ann embraces innovation in the service of meeting each client’s specific needs, in every phase from design through delivery and post program. Prior to joining Kellogg, Ann spent more than 20 years in a variety of corporate and non-profit positions in the metals and metals distribution industries. As Vice President, Education for a metals trade association, she was responsible for the development, launch and continuous improvement of a highly successful custom executive education program in partnership with a leading business school, as well as the design and maintenance of online programs for working professionals. Ann holds a B.A. in humanities from Michigan State University, a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and an M.Ed. in adult education and training from Colorado State University. A dedicated volunteer, Ann serves as a mentor for Evanston Scholars, a college access program for underserved students. She is also an avid gardener and fitness swimmer.
