Being an advisor to startup companies has been one of my most favourite roles to date. I am humbled to be trusted by my clients to guide them in their journeys in building products, services, operations and early teams. Having the opportunity to put into practice learnings from my 15 years corporate leadership experience as well as the last 5 years building my husband's business and now my own, with entrepreneurs hungry to succeed and make amazing workplaces for their employees makes it easy to love what I do. Business Transformation is what I do and I'm happy to be able to leverage those skills in the operations of TechAlliance to manage change in realizing an audacious, inspirational new vision.

I am passionate about giving back to my community as much as I am about sparking innovation which is why I recently completed a 2 year engagement Co-Leading London Health Sciences Centre's Strategic Planning Committee, sit on LHSC's Children's Hospital Patient Advisory Council, am a Mentor at Brescia University College at Western University and support Childcan, Children's Health Foundation and Canadian Blood Services.
