Dr. Crawford began her career in business while earning dual degrees in Marketing and Management at the University of Cincinnati. After promotions into senior leadership roles, she decided to continue her learning by earning an MBA from Cleveland State University. Over the past twenty years, she has served in a variety of positions helping over thirty companies, design, develop and strengthening connections with their customers and employees. Her specialties include customer relationship management, contact centers, sales, marketing, strategy, research, and employee experience. As a promise she made to herself during one of her first Organizational Behavior courses, she earned her PhD from Case Western Reserve University. Her research interests are focused on frontline service employees, customer satisfaction, and understanding more broadly what drives passion for people in their work. Along with her role as Assistant Professor, she also has a consulting practice, Crawford Partners, LLC., and is the Chief Marketing Officer and a market researcher for Direct Opinions. She lives in Northern Kentucky and enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, children Serena, Hunter, and Alexis, traveling, CrossFit, a community of friends, and serving as a hospice volunteer.
