Andrew is a global business advisor who has spent the past 15 years working with many of the top CEOs of financial services companies and their client advisory teams. In his work with companies such as UBS, Standard Chartered, J P Morgan, HSBC, ANZ, Morgan Stanley, ICICI, Macquarie and Escala, Andrew has become known for cutting through the complexity of developing unique client experiences in today’s fast changing banking environment to uncover the core proposition issues and devise real world solutions. These solutions, shared with thousands of bankers, consultants and C-suite executives through workshops, seminars, coaching sessions and webinars have been praised for being practical, relevant and highly actionable—the kind of advice you can implement immediately.

Programs and projects have been delivered for clients in China, India, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Dubai, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine and Russia.

Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Macroeconomics/Globalisation (University of Melbourne), Bachelor of Arts, Hons (Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia). He has recently been appointed as the Director of the International Centre for Financial Services at the University of Adelaide, adjunct Professor at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and Eruditus Executive Education in Mumbai where he teaches customized executive education programs in wealth management, the customer experience and client relationship management. His current research interests include machine learning in financial services, the future of work in wealth management and hybrid advice in the Asia Pacific region.
