Biography
Andrew J. Czaplewski, is a professor of marketing and international business at the University of Colorado, Colorado Spring. He holds a PhD in business administration from Arizona State University. Dr. Czaplewski received two grants from the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State to work as a doctoral research fellow for IBM and Lucent Technologies. Prior to his doctoral work, Dr. Czaplewski earned an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, a BS in business administration from Northern Arizona University, and spent five years working for two multinational firms in the area of export sales and international new business development. Dr. Czaplewski’s research has centered largely on services marketing topics and has been published in journals such as, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business and Research, Marketing Theory. He currently teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate marketing and international business courses including service management, brand management, marketing strategy and managing in global markets.
