Biography

Andrew is a Projects Consultant at Corrs Chambers Westgarth with wide-ranging experience in various infrastructure fields including public-private partnerships, transport, hospitals, telecommunications and property development.
As a qualified engineer, Andrew’s unique perspective has benefited his work on a number of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects. Recent projects include the Cross River Rail, North-East Link, Sydney Metro (NWRL), Sydney Light Rail, Sydney Gateway, Community Plus (Ivanhoe Estate), Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF 1 and 2) and New Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Andrew is a Chartered Professional Engineer and is recognised as a leading lawyer in Chambers Asia Pacific Guide, Best Lawyers Peer Review and International Who’s Who Legal. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law (UTS), a co-chair of the Society of Construction Law Australia Technology 2030 Committee and a member of the SOCLA Thought Leadership Committee.
