Biography

Andrew Bryan is an experienced IT Director who has had senior roles with a range of blue chip companies. He is currently a consultant to companies on Customer Management issues where he utilises his technology expertise to address marketing issues. Andrew is also Associate Director of the Henley Centre for Customer Management, where he undertakes research into customer experience topics on behalf of the members, and undertakes consultancy assignments for private and public sector clients. With a background in the application of technology, Andrew has expanded his repertoire to encompass customer management, change management and digital commerce. He has helped many companies, including off-line, on-line and multichannel, to use data to create a single view of customers as a basis for their CRM programs. He has been responsible for designing and implementing customer-focused change programmes at Exel and DHL Logistics. He currently runs his own company, Stewart and Clark Associates, focusing on customer experience, customer centricity and the emerging area of “Customer Effort”. He recently completed a research report on behalf of SAS Software investigating the use of “Big Data” in financial services.
